I'm sure this is a rare event considering only around 0.6% of hands have houtei (according to tenhou's stats).

    Maybe not as cool, but after streak of losing/drawing while being tenpai with mangan+ it was awesome to finally get one trough.

    I didn't bother capping it since I was falling asleep.
